This Return and Refund Policy is and agreement between You (or "the Customer") and Lena Baker LLC ("We" or "the Company"). By purchasing artwork from our website, You agree to the terms outlined below.  

No Refunds 

All sales of paintings are final. The Company does not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased artwork. Please ensure your decision before making a purchase.

Shipping Damages

We take great care in packaging our artwork to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If You have concerns about the condition of the artwork upon arrival, please reach out to the shipping provider to file a claim.

Accurate Shipping Information

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable if a painting is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error in the information the Customer provided. Please double-check Your address before confirming Your order.

Changes to Return and Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Return and Refund Policy at any time. The most current version of the Return and Refund Policy will supersede all previous versions.
